Incoming freshman Barrett James Lutt from Butler Community College was arrested this morning for the man slaughter of 55 year old, James D. Marshall. Witnesses said as they were driving, a big blue truck came swerving into the next lane and dodged everyone but James. This head on collision caused no injuries to Barrett but the death of James.
