A teen named Owen Dyer has been arrested last night around 9 p.m. at his household for stalking Minors dressed up as animals known as “Furries” According to Officer Steve Bryant, “We found out that Dyer has been stalking Minors for a bit now, he has been arrested and put in jail for 5 years and has a bail set of $25,000.”
