Fond du lac’s locally Owned “Top Shelf” is Currently Under Investigation after it failed an health inspector test by the Fond du lac Health Department Wednesday Night. The Fond du lac Health Department Stated that the restaurant “lacked in many areas” and some parts were very unsanitary. Gary Sanchez, the inspector of the night, stated “ there were many flaws to the restaurant including bar presentation, bathrooms being very messy and dishes with little Bactria on them as well. This will certainly not be tolerated and action will take place immediately”. Fond du lac health department stated as well that they will be taking order as soon as Thursday night before more people get exposed to this dirty phenomenon.
