Scott Norris was arrested on Thursday afternoon after a pet store owner made a call to local police. The shop owner alleged that Mr. Norris was taking gerbils from the cage and walking to the back of the shop at which point he would return and there would be no gerbils. After repeated questioning, two gerbils fell out of his shorts and were covered in feces. The arresting officer released a statement
