PORTLAND, OR- On Wednesday night a young local adult was caught in the act of making a meal before heading home for the night. Police arrived on the scene of Red Robin just outside of Lloyd District on the NE side of Portland, due to a noise complaint call coming from a homeless guy who was looking for somewhere to stay.
