On August 13th at approximately 3:30 pm Michael Mcdowell was stopped by police after being seen by an officer get out of a vehicle after exchanging money.
Michael was then pulled over and a search of the car was done. Officers then found two marijuana oil pens.
Marijuana oil is a Class 1 Felony in New York State
