At the age of 17, Dominic Scavuzzo (Leawood) decides to jump into politics with a run in the 2018 governor race for Kansas. Now he is a Pre-Law and political science student at Loyola University in Chicago. He has followed the Republican senate primary closely over the last few months and has some of his own opinions on all of it. We sat down with him to discuss some of the greater themes and trends that he saw in the race and how he thinks the Republican Party should move forward.
