On the evening of August 3, at 9:17 am. Suspect was found stealing multiple children’s mannequin’s from a variety of stores within Four Seasons Mall. After being apprehended suspect broke loose out of custody and hid in nearby Chuck E. Cheese basement for days until later apprehended again.
