Jarrett Alexander day was pulled over Thursday night. When searching his vehicle the police found one Marijuana grinder and a rolling tray. (to prepare the Marijuana) He was arrested and charged with possession marijuana paraphernalia. His clothes were swobbed for any other drugs. He was released Friday morning; however, new evidence states he had meth residue on his clothing. If you see him or know any information please contact the local authorities.
