It was late 7.12pm as residents on St George's Drive where settling down for the evening but Leo, age 15, on the other hand had other plans. Witnesses state that "everything was calm and Leo showed no sign of hostility as he was just passing by however it seems made direct eye contact with little Thomas, age 3, who was playing in his front garden under the supervision of his mother, and suddenly exploded into a burst of rage, charging the toddler and punching little Thomas in the nose causing his mother to grab her son and run inside and ring the police and ambulance whilst her husband restrained Leo until police arrived.
