Authorities are warning about The influences TikTok can have on young children as a 13 year old was detained late Friday night after he allegedly poured 2 gallons of vegetable oil in Walmart in an attempt to make people slip.This comes after president trump announced the app may be banned on Sunday for reasons such as the following.This is the third string of teen arrests after a Georgian teen was arrested for allegedly doing the same thing in an attempt for a viral TikTok Trend.The 13 year old tennis star was trying to promote his social media’s when things went wrong.Authorities are still investigating the motive but it is believed that the teen was using a technique called”clout chasing”, in which young people do dangerous stunts for fame.A spokes person for the family said,”we are deeply disappointed in his decisions but we will make strides to better ourselves in the future”,The teen will face no charges and his name will not be released due to his age.
