It was around 5:30 pm when a family was walking by a car going crazy bouncing up and down rapidly. When the family approached the car they couldn't believe at what they saw. The couple stopped and rolled down the video. The cops were later called to take care of the problem. The names were released at 8:30 pm that evening.
