An incident in Rye Brook, NY and ended with a warrant being issued for the arrest of a Rye Brook resident.
According to a Port Chester Police report, Pamela Lustig, 68, of 7 Lincoln Avenue., Rye Brook, was involved with numerous Building Violations that occurred at her residence in Rye Brook. The Village Justice states the suspect, Mrs. Lustig, has received numerous subpoena's and has failed to respond to the court.
Mrs. Lustig is charged with failure to appear a Felony. A warrant was issued and Mrs. Lustig must appear in The Village Court of Port Chester on Jan. 13, 2020
