On early hours of 23 Jan 21, OL-II launched targeted attacks to destroy BL-II warfighting capability. BL-II forces have gone on a killing spree to kill ethnic minorities in order to strengthen their occupation of ABIs. This reign of terror has caused flight of refugees, escaping the carnage at ABIs. Evidently, OL-II government tasked ON to spearhead operation to keep BL-II from killing innocent civilians. OL-II army and OAF has also pledged full support to ON.
