Early morning at 4:03am Joshua Bassett has been pronounced dead on scene. California state police is doing an investigation. The other drivers name was Nick Smith. Nick is in the ICU and is projected to live and recover. Joshua Bassett’s parents Laura and Taylor Bassett spoke out saying that Joshua was a good kid and he deserved to live. He will be missed greatly.
