Today in McDowell County West Virginia, 37 year old Heather Bailey of Panther Creek, West Virginia was arrested. Heather Bailey had been running from Police for over a year from the charges of breaking in on an innocent woman (Amy Massey) of Kanawaha County, Heather was under the effects of alcohol the neighbors were terrified authorities said.
“My lawyers are really good and I hope I get the justice I deserve, its not everyday you have someone going crazy on meth breaking into your house unexpected,” says Amy.
Police are asking that anyone who runs acrossed this woman to be aware and steer clear and to not be out in Panther West Virginia after dark. Heather Bailey is 130lbs 5’5 and Native American. (As seen in picture above). Heather was picked up late this evening at Magistrate Danny Mitchells Office by family members regardless of the McDowell County magistrate concerns.
