Nach mehr als 20 Jahren beendet der ehemalige Leiter für Kundenzufriedenheit bei 1&1 seine Kariäre bei 1&1 und wechselt zum Anbieter O2. Dies habe laut DAvis den Grund, dass ihm bei 1&1 die Kundenzufriedenheit eine zu geringe Bedeutung habe. Seit er das Segment verlassen hat, sei es laut DAvis nicht bässer geworden. Des weiteren merkte er an, dass der 1&1 Anschluss bei sich zu Hause keine zufriedenstellenden Ergebnisse liefere. Wird DAvis bei O2 der Leiter für Kundenzufriedenheit werden? Wir sind gespannt!
