In view of the war between Russia and the Ukraine, Germany may be facing its biggest food shortage in over 50 years.
As Ukraine is one of the biggest suppliers of wheat on the market, the German people will probably see only empty isles where there was once flour and cereal.
In spite of this, the German government remains hopeful that its supplies will last until the peace in Europe has been restored again.
