On June 24th, 2023 king James and his wife were staying at the meridian hall hotel in LA. After dinner they decided to go swimming in the hotel pool. James can't swim but he slipped on the edge, hit his head, and fell into the pool. He was pronounced dead at exactly 7:43 pm
