That's right, 16-year old Rachel Joseph was spotted walking with a mysterious man at the Oshawa Center Mall yesterday. One source could not capture a clearer photo, but tweeted this picture with the following caption:
"okay guys, this pic was all I had bc I didn't want to be caught taking pics but I saw Rachel Joseph yesterday and she was with this guy and the two of them couldn't stop talking to each other and they were really close- like they were hugging each other and everything"
Some other people who were at the mall reported to that Rachel and her unknown shopping companion, went to the food court to buy some lunch. The two were seemed "inseparable", "sweet", and even "cute".
