Late Sunday night October 9, 2016 female Justine Pettis was identified as the murder of jack Watkins. Police say Justine and 2 other females was last seen at western field talking with Mr Watkins and 2 other. Police say the other 2 felames were unidentified an witness say Mis Pettis pulled a knife of Mr Watkins and repeatedly peirced his heart. Mr Pettis will not receive a bond and will receive 25years to life
