A man known as Nicholis Cangemi was caught late Tuesday night riding a bike down oakwood towards dix road, police stopped him because he seemed very suspicious, Nicholis dropped his bike and started running down a street named David, when police caught up with him, they tackled him, Nicholis kept resisting arrest so the police officers tazed him, which led Nicholis to urinate all over himself, a police officer searched him and found 3 ounces of marijuana, also some cocane and methamphetamine , Nicholis is now facing charges for resisting arrest and possession of narcotics, he is now in custody, facing 5 to 10 years in wayne county jail.
