Moorhead (CBS) – Moorhead Police released surveillance photos of a man wanted for an attempted sexual assault stemming from a bar accident at the Old Broadway in Fargo.
On Friday around 1:30 p.m., police received a call about from woman claiming to have been sexual assaulted.
The victim said a man came up from behind her, pushed her to the ground and tried to sexually assault her. The man then ran away. Update ..Police serveillance identified Nicholas Gilbert of Moorhead, Minnesota as the peputraior.. Anyone with information on the suspect is where-abouts are asked to contact the Fargo Police Department.
