Richard Lurvey of Fort Madison Ia was at noon today for assault.
Mr. Lurvey came home at around 11:45 to notice a clown peeking
in the windows of his home. Mr Lurvey pulled past his house and parked
in front of his neighbors home walked around their backyard and attacked the
clown seriously injuring him.At time of print the identity of the clown had not 'been released to the press.
