Elk City OK Resident Brendan Scott was found dead at 11 am at a local well . He was shot 20 times. Local authorities suspect a man on the run from Central Oklahoma. A stolen vehicle was found at the scene with Mr Scott inside and his truck missing. We believe Mr Scott went to work on a compressor at his job site and was ambushed. A man hunt his underway for Mr Vance while friends and family mourn the loss of Mr. Scott.
