Dangers of using improvised everyday items as sex toys has shown what can happen when a 26 year old man has had to have his penis amputated after using a bottle as a sex toy and getting it stuck for four days.
This case happened in Coolgreany Co. Wexford, Mr. Jackson put his penis in a bottle and this caused constriction at the base of the penis restricting the flow of blood. Within a short time this caused the death and necrosis of the penis.
Understandably the man was extremely embarrassed and did not seek any help until four days later, by which time his penis was black and decaying, leaving him no choice but to go to hospital, where the surgeon was also left with no choice but to amputate the penis because it was completely dead. Man now is recovering in Wexford hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, without a penis.
