A young adult from Ireland, Co Waterford called Robert Earl (notoriously known as Blobert or Blob) has finally been located and his full story has been published. As if it wasn't enough that he was born in Ireland where tractors rule the roads and hurling rules the pitches it turns out that he was touching his cousin (Jake Butler) in a sexual way at least once and could well have been more than once.
