A young woman was arrested Friday evening after reports flooded in of an individual exhibiting strange behaviour in a forested area outside of Mayville MI.
Identified as 28 year old local resident Kayla Finn. Suspect was seen hiding behind trees, and talking to herself as well as plant life. In one instance a passer by witnessed Ms. Finn hugging a tree then hissing violently at him as he walked by.
Upon arrival law officers found the suspect urinating under a bush while whispering inaudibly to herself. She was taken into custody at 6:24pm. Upon further investigation it was determined that Ms. Finn is an avid nature enthusiast and student at U of M Flint. Ms. Finn had ingested a plant life she had misidentified, causing her abnoraml behavior. Nothing further has been released at this time.
