A white male of approximately 30 to 38 years old was reported walking a puppy . Along that walk (a name that won't be released) a white 72 year old female was approached by this male. Upon petting this mans dog he decided to strip down, the 72 year old stated that he had nothing under neath his pants. She kindly asked him to put his clothes on, and she stated he tried to get her to touch him.
The 72 year old claimed he was running around yelling something she could not understand. Authorities were called at 7:15pm and the man was no longer in the area.
St Clair county sheriffs department are asking for you're help. If you have seen or know this man. Please call you're local police.
