Portage local Jacob Skelly was arraigned Sun. Oct 30, 2016 at 0130am. He is pending charges for grand theft auto and reckless endangerment concerning an incident at his past residence. He supposedly stole his father's (William Skelly) car, ran it into a riding lawn mower and used the car he was in to ram the mower into William Skelly's other vehicle also causing damage. "It's gotta be 8 maybe 9 thousand to repair everything he smashed..." William Skelly told us. "He even punched my wife in the face multiple times..." he went on. Jacob is being held in Cambria County Jail being held on $1,000 bond.
