15 year old , Shelbias Waylor , was caught dancing in the road with flashing rainbow strobe lights and singing "i'm a goofy goober yeah" while wearing a blow up dinosaur suit. Waylor was chased through a river of mountain dew then went into hyper mode and was unable to be caught with her lightning speed. she's now seen in overalls and flip flops. if seen , please call the bikini bottom.
