Kerri kiely has threatened to make legal history as she becomes the first person in Ireland to sue Amber leaf over their 50 gram bags. Kerri who sells one skinner's in the local school yard has complained she's at loss of earnings due to increases on prices of tabacco. Kerri was quoted as saying " by the the time I pay the principal his back hander and then pay my taxes I'm left with half a one skinner. Kerri's plan is to sue Amber leaf and get the bags increased and left at the same price. " At the end of the day we're all out to make a living but there's no room for small business like me in the school yards anymore". Kerri has now applied for a job in her local spar and hopes one day to be a sales rep for Amber leaf
