Frankie Farmer will be spending yet another Christmas behind bars for stealing women's underwear from Wal Mart on Hinkleville Rd. Police reports say that that when they found farmer sniffing used undergarments and licking the windows, he kept scratching his butt and licking his fingers, as well as eating boogers. He is currently undergoing mental evaluation at a trap house on the South Side where drugs supplied by him are running rampant. Stay tuned for further breaking news.
