A young man is wanted in connection with recent activities of multiple offences including GBH and criminal damage. Police received an anonymous tip describing Mr Fox as white English and approximately 5ft tall with short brown hair, he also has a distinctive scar on he's temple and some scars can be seen on the scalp.
