Today as Hazelwood students returned to school after the Halloween break the school board had a meeting which resolved in teachers going on strike. It had been made official that from the beginning of next week (14/11/16) The College will be closed until the problem is dealt with. All parents and gaurdians will receive a text message to be informed about this.
Meanwhile two other Newtownabbey secondary schools will have the same problem.
