Dahlakeio Owens of w. 65th street Davenport, Ia could possibly be facing dog fighting and human trafficking charges after a FBI raid at the Knights Inn located on West 65th street and North Brady street yesterday night. FBI Agent William Lyle and US Customs Agent Fred Ewing reported that Mr. Owens was trying sell 8 pitbulls and 15 Colombian teenage girls to an undercover officer. After the officer revealed his badge Mr. Owens snatched the undercover officers buy money and fled the scene screaming "CANA SQUAD GANG GANG" towards the shell gas station next to the hotel.
