A Michigan man was arrested early this morning for hijacking a kayak to cross the Detroit River into Windsor, Ontario. Anthony Radtke, 26, said the reasoning behind his illegally entering Canada was because he doesn't have a passport. Anthony also had his luggage on a homemade raft tied to him. When we reached out to him he stated, " Leaving is an act of survival....legally or illegaly. I'll try again later " He is being detained in Ontario until further notice.
