A long wait for this man Harold Cosio 42 of San Diego,Ca since 1998 for his deportation removal case has been thrown out by a ninth circuit judge. The first in California state history where congress member was the key person for this happy ending. Federal evidence collected by DEA during the time of an investigation against Cosio for allegedly being know to have a coast to coast operations with meth. Undercover agent was introduce to Cosio by an unreliable CS during a 3 month 12 man Federal DEA and FBI agents play a undercover role using several tactic to catch Cosio and his partners with led to believe it was his own father Raul Cosio a document multi hundred pound marijuana dealer also know as "El Rookie" .. DEA spokesman said "El Rookie" is a very wise and smart old man as he demonstrated to us when he was in our custody he just wouldnt budget for nothing.. A very shocking Harold Cosio was seen leave the federal court house right after the court with an unidentified woman as they both got into a white suv and drove away.. We did get to have a couple of words with Cosio after he has outside the court room waiting for his attorney.. He stated " he never lost faith in god that this day would finally get here. Its been a long waiting " Alone but im here to stay later was asked about his up coming total hip replacement surgery he has coming up. Cosio didnt have a comment to the questions asked about what led to up to that horrible vehicular vs man incident resulting Cosio being a victim of a crime back in 2008. That was the turn around point for Cosio he did say that he can not talk about that incident do to an over ruling to that civil court which they will be going underway with another court with the responcible parties with see there day in court here in the San Diego Court house.
