Teenage boy named Sam Watterson, 16, was caught running after his jaw on the 21st March 2017. The boy had been gaffin until 4am and later left his house wandering around belvedere. Numerous amounts of phone calls have been introduced to the police and a large group of elderly women had been terrified of the incident
The news have investigated the terrifying occurrence and a neighbourhood watcher described it as 'horrific and pathetic'.
