Local 16 year old Patrick Dellatan is suspected of murdering his 19 year old girlfriend on tuesday morning . Las vegas metropolitan police have made a statement saying " We know the teen's drugs and serious gambling problem has landed him in debt so its best he turns himself in before he is killed in the streets " .
