The former site of Cox Lumber in Ruskin has been sold, new construction will be begin in October. The new owner Ubetcha Dolla, said a mini-mall will be built on the 10 acre site. The stores will include, The Dollar Store, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, and 7 other stores that contain the name dollar. The new owner felt that the Ruskin area did not have enough Dollar Stores.
