Earlier this morning, 27 year old Sylvester "sly" Boogie, and 29 year old Deonte Big Tex were both arrested for a hit and run on a young man on the 2900 block of Garrison Blvd. Witnesses say that they heard a man dressed up like Ms. America holler to the assailants, "Yall better pay me for my services!!!!!" The beige buick was seen doing 90 miles per hour trying to evade pursuing officers. This isnt the first time witnesses have said they have seen these two, police commissioner marcus cole stated. "This is a ongoing thing with Mr Sly Boogie and Big Tex and they have been brought on on similar solicitation charges before." Mr Sly boogie is also a member of A7FL and has been seen multiple times on North and greenmount picking up various passengers. The 25 year old victim named, Jaqueez Butler is currently in the ICU at Saint agnes hospital. The only thing that police recovered was a wig and one red bottom heel.
