A man named Lamont Richland from Gallatin,Tennessee. Was asked to leave the Chow China buffet on 1711 Rocky Dr. Mr. Richland was confronted numerous times about his tea cup poodle. He was told if you order food here the dog stays. Mr. Richland ask why do you want my dog? The manager replied: He would make a good appetizer gross. Mr. Richland is suing for 1.5 million for dog endangerment.
