A Far rockaway teen was fatally shot by a police officer just two miles from stop and shop - where black teen Michael Smart was fatally shot by a cop back in the summer.
Witnesses say that the officer tried to search Yasin , who refused, and then withdrew his gun and told the teenager to lay on the ground.
He continued: "The officer then began to step back from him aiming his gun .
"He told Yasin to lay down once again and when Yasin didn't lay down the officer opened fire.
"And when I tried to help he screamed at me to stay down with his weapon still drawn."
