In a stunning move, Riker's Island has opened its doors for the local musicians of New York City to perform at the prison as an experiment in musical correction therapy.
"We believe that bringing live music to the prison will bring back joy and laughter in the inmates and clear out their criminal conscience," vice warden Hannibal Magellan said.
Doziac, a rock band native to NYC, will be the first act to perform the event. The event will take place on November 31st
