Ahead of Rangers boss Pedro Caxinha being bagged, Sheikh Mansour is looking to bail the Glasgow side out of the financial hole. As he believes the old firm could create a massive merchandise if Rangers could compete with Celtic. The 46 year old also stated that he thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere at Parkhead ( when his current football team Manchester City met Celtic last year in the champions league ) and believes that it could be better within the Scottish premier league.
