Suspect, David Lasco, is wanted for prostitution. He has been seen sexually harassing neighborhood dogs by giving them blowjobs on the north side of Houston. After the blowjobs are done, he would pull out his penis to finish the job. However, they would run away leaving their food available for the suspect to eat.
