Sharmeen Wisdom-Allah Simmons, 32, of Decatur, was driving a stolen 2011 Nissan-Maxima on I-20 & Panola Rd
Intersection ,according to a Dekalb County Sheriff’s Office news release.

Of interstate 20 east and Panola Road and said he was traveling more than 100 mph, the release said.
Simmons faces charges of felony theft,Possession of a controlled substance, speeding, reckless driving possession of a stolen firearm,and obstruction of an officer, according to Dekalb County Jail records. He is also charged with no proof of insurance and removing a license plate.
Simmons is being held on a $28,560 bond, according to jail records
