A Lucedale woman is being prosecuted my the district court today, on first degree assault on her husband. When the woman was questioned by law enforcement on how this occurred she replied "he got smart, kept saying your mama and ask me to quit being mean to him". The womans bail has been set for $80,000, the court date is set for next Thursday.
