Colin Redford, of Broad Ripple Indiana, was takin into custody late Monday night after being caught tickling multiple peoples buttholes at Kilroys in Broad Ripple. Police reports state that Colin was hiding in the bathroom at Kilroys waiting for people to walk in and use the urinals. He would sneak up behind them and tickle their buttholes while they were using the urinal. Colin now is in custody.
